Blue Lotus (cooling)

Tulsi - Holy Basil (warming) known as the queen of herbs in Ayurveda. It’s an adaptogen which means it helps to mitigate and regulate stress. It has a calming effect, supports digestion. Very supportive to the lungs, antiviral. Protects the skin from free radicals as it’s packed with anti-oxydents. 

Lavender (cooling, soothing)
Improves deep sleep, improves mood, reduces inflammation, reduces anxiety and is antimicrobial. Anti-inflammatory soothing red and inflamed skin.

Lemon Balm (warming)
Reduces anxiety and stress. Helps with a more restful sleep, antiviral and aids digestion. Anti-inflammatory. 

Milky Oats / Oat Straw (nourishing herb, cooling, grounding)
Restores the nervous system, and strengthens the heart physically and energetically. Moisturizing, soothing, packed with minerals.

Vanilla (cooling)

Olena/Turmeric (warming) anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, lung tonic, blood Cleanser. It reduces hyper pigmentation of skin, removes dark circles. some consider an adaptogen.
