In my quest for wellness, I delved into the study of Ayurveda, folk herbalism, ancestral healing modalities, and Reiki. I’ve woven these teachings into my medicine, creating formulas inspired by the wisdom of the plants themselves. Each offering is infused with Reiki and deep intention, crafted through a process of listening to the plants, in collaboration with nature.
Throughout my life, I've been captivated by the vast and rich healing potential of plants. My journey took a profound turn six years ago when I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, leading me to explore the world of natural medicine. Plants have become some of my strongest allies on my healing journey.

A potent blend of two plants that support hormone balance, fertility and PMS
Chaste / Vitex Berry + Pink Rose Blend
A botanical blend that supports hormone balance, specifically the balance of estrogen and progesterone. It helps to regulate menstrual cycles and promote regular ovulation offering fertility support. It calms premenstrual symptoms like cramps, mood swings, fatigue and relaxes the nervous system, which naturally supports hormone balance. This blend also reduces hormone-related anxiety tending to the heart center. In some cases it’s also supportive to postpartum recovery after breast feeding is no longer occurring.
Ingredients —
Flax seed glycerine*, water, chaste/vitex berry (vitex agnus-castus)*, pink rose (rosa species)*, infused with Reiki.

Dosage —
Start with .25 ml - .5 ml and build up to 1 ml depending on how sensitive you are to herbal remedies your dose may vary. Use daily for 2 - 3 months for best results. It’s shelf stable for 1-2 years after opening, store in a dark cool place. Refrigerate to extend shelf life up to 3 years.
